A surprise snowstorm! The weather reports called for only 1-2 cm today, but as we can all see, they were severely mistaken. We are currently approaching 12 cm of snow down with a few more centimeters expected in the next hour.

We are frantically calling all of our staff in and will be heading out between 8 and 9 PM tonight for an overnight clearing. It will be a staggered start as our teams make their way in through the traffic and weather, so please have patience.

We do not yet know if graders will be on side streets, we will keep you posted when we know more.

EXPECTED SNOW:  12-14 CM
FORECASTED END:  8 PM
OPERATOR START:  8-9 PM
SHOVELER START: 9 PM
